Refund policy

No returns on ordered items.

iProStep does not accept returns, exchanges or refunds on materials once they have been ordered. This applies to all orders, including products ordered through our website, estimate, proposal or invoice. Installation work and project materials are governed by our Master Terms & Conditions.

Defective, damaged or incorrect products

Defective products, shipping damage, shortages, and products supplied incorrectly due solely to an iProStep ordering error will be handled under the applicable manufacturer, supplier, freight, or warranty claim process and are not considered discretionary returns.

Product warranties

iProStep is not the manufacturer of flooring or other products unless expressly stated otherwise, and does not provide a product/material warranty. Product warranties are provided solely by the applicable manufacturer, if any, and are subject to the manufacturer’s requirements, exclusions, claim process, and remedies.
