Delivery to your job site

We deliver materials to your job site. Delivery is quoted with each estimate, based on your order and location. We do not offer free shipping or a free-shipping threshold.

Scheduling and access

We will confirm a delivery date with you. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Please make sure the delivery location is safe, accessible to a delivery truck, and that someone is available to receive the materials.

Inspecting your delivery

Inspect all materials when they arrive and before installation. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt and take photos. Report damage, wrong items or missing items within 48 hours of delivery so we can file the right manufacturer, supplier or freight claim.
