A whole-home flooring job in Commerce: new plank through the hallway, hall closet, a bedroom and its closet, the office and two bathrooms, plus a 15-step staircase. On the stairs we bent the plank around each nose, and the edges were finished with reducers and quarter round.

The floor

Product: GreenTouch Mountain Premium Chelsea, a wood-look SPC luxury vinyl plank (LVP). Specs: 5.5 mm thick, 20 mil wear layer, 7.13 x 48.03 in planks, 1.5 mm IXPE pad attached.
